We make it easy for referring providers

We welcome referrals from physicians, psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers for in-depth Psychological Assessments for Adult ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, diagnostic clarification, and FAA ADHD evaluations.

We also welcome referrals for patients seeking outpatient telehealth therapy for adults in Oregon and Washington.

 

Our clinicians have specialty areas in anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, OCD, ADHD and neurodivergence-related concerns, workplace stress, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, perfectionism, self-esteem concerns, identity exploration, life transitions, and chronic stress or illness.

Our team uses evidence-based and integrative approaches including CBT, ERP, ACT, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

 

We are a good referral option for adults who are appropriate for routine outpatient treatment and do not require a higher level of care. Providers may refer patients seeking adult therapy, OCD treatment, trauma therapy, ADHD support, or neurodivergent-affirming therapy in Oregon or Washington.
