Insurance
How insurance works:
When you receive mental health services from our practice and we are in-network with your insurance, we will bill your insurance company directly. Your insurance company will then pay a portion of the bill, and you will be responsible for paying any remaining balance, such as a copay or deductible. It's important to understand your insurance plan's coverage and costs to avoid unexpected medical bills. We will make sure to explain the billing process with you before beginning any services. If you have any questions about our billing process, please don't hesitate to ask.
We are currently in network with the following insurances:
Aetna:
Aetna Whole Health Plans, Managed Choice POS, Choice POS II, Aetna Standard Plans: Select, Open Choice, Open Access, PPO Plus Alaska, Nap
Blue Cross Blue Shield/Regence:
We accept many plans within the BCBS and Regence networks, please contact use to determine if your plan is one of them.

Fees
We believe in transparency of costs and provide estimated costs for therapy or assessment services at the very beginning of the process based on the insurance information we are provided.
If you have insurance
that we are in network with, your fees may be 100% covered, depending
on your insurance plan.
