Brittany Bonner-Dillon, PsyD
Founder and Executive Director
Dr. Bonner-Dillon (she/her) is the founder of Collective Wellbeing Psychology. She’s dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for people facing life transitions, self-doubt, or feeling stuck.​In practice, she provides psychological assessment, using it as a powerful tool for insight and meaningful change. She specializes in adult female presentations of ADHD and comes at assessment from an in-depth, whole-person approach. Her approach is compassionate, culturally-informed, and grounded in respect for each client’s unique experience. She is an LGBTQIA+ allied provider and a strong advocate for body acceptance and fat positivity.

Olivia Reynolds, PsyD
Senior Psychological Associate

Dr. Reynolds (she/her) has over a decade of experience working with individuals of all ages, She specializes in helping people navigate trauma and also works with individuals to resolve depression, anxiety, and personality-related challenges. She takes a collaborative and compassionate approach, tailoring therapy to fit each person's unique needs and goals. Whether you’re feeling stuck, struggling with life’s challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, Dr. Reynolds is dedicated to walking alongside you on your journey to healing.

Kelsey Gentile MS LMHCA
Psychological Associate

Kelsey (she/her) approaches therapy from a client-centered, evidence-based perspective. She specializes in working with adults facing the complexities of neurodiversity, ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and LGBTQIA+ experiences. She focuses on intervention and skill building from a neuro-affirming lens while also providing space for clients to talk about their experiences in an open and supportive environment.​

Lucy Sherman, MS LPC

Lucy (she/her) is an EMDR-certified therapist who specializes in working with sensitive women healing from complex trauma. Her approach blends evidence-based EMDR with creativity, imagery -and sometimes humor- to help clients feel more grounded, present, and connected to themselves. Lucy is passionate about helping people trust their intuition and step into a greater sense of confidence and ease. She is LGBTQIA2+ allied and committed to providing an inclusive, affirming space for all identities.
