Dr. Bonner's Story

Dr. Bonner-Dillon (she/her) is the founder of Collective Wellbeing Psychology and deeply committed to creating a safe and supportive space for those navigating life’s challenges. As a licensed clinical psychologist, she understands how overwhelming anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship struggles can feel, and she is here to help you find clarity, healing, and direction.

Dr. Bonner-Dillon has a strong passion for psychological assessment and values its power to uncover insights that can guide you toward meaningful change. She specializes in the nuances of adult female presentations of ADHD particularly among high achievers. She provides culturally-informed care and is an LGBTQIA+ allied provider as well as an advocate for fat positivity and body acceptance. She believes in ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and valued in their unique experiences.

From Dr. Bonner's perspective:

I am passionate about helping individuals who feel “stuck” or uncertain about their next steps in life. There is nothing stronger than a person feeling seen and heard in a world that can feel so overwhelming and isolating. I feel so privileged to get to do this work and to watch people grow and learn about themselves on their own journey.  I believe psychological assessment provides answers that people are often searching for in a way that other things can't. Getting to watch a person who struggles with self-doubt and confusion get answers is such a powerful and beautiful thing to see.
