Hi, I’m Maddie (she/her), and I’m passionate about helping people heal from attachment wounds and relational trauma by reconnecting with their whole selves. I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach that integrates attachment theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support emotional, relational, and somatic healing. I work with teens and adults of all genders, creating a collaborative space where clients can explore their inner world with compassion and move toward a deeper sense of wholeness.
Maddie's Story
Maddie (she/her) works with individuals navigating attachment-based challenges, including patterns shaped by early relationships and relational trauma. She take a holistic, ‘entire-person’ approach and enjoys helping clients to navigate their healing paths and (re)unite with a sense of wholeness.
In sessions, Maddie actively engages with clients to create experiences of emotional and somatic healing. Her approach is guided by a commitment to social justice and supported by trauma-informed, and emotion-focused perspectives. She use aspects of attachment theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand and heal their inner world with compassion. She loves helping clients deepen their connection to their emotional, relational, and spiritual selves.
Maddie identifies as: Asian, queer, spiritual, a cisgender woman, a transracial adoptee, abled bodied, and neurotypical. She deeply cares about contributing to the world in a meaningful way, investing in psychological and spiritual growth, and being present to all experiences.
